Launch Checklist
A phase-by-phase rundown so launch day feels exciting, not chaotic.
Launches reward preparation. Work through these phases and by the time the big day arrives, all that's left is pressing the button and replying to comments.
Two weeks out
- Landing page live, with a working download or sign-up link.
- Screenshots exported in every size you need — store, directory, and social.
- Tester feedback triaged: launch-blockers fixed, nice-to-haves parked.
- Tagline and description drafted, slept on, and rewritten once.
Launch week
- Submit your listing to Pinoy App so it's approved before the big day.
- Line up your announcement posts — forums, group chats, socials.
- Do a full fresh-install test on a clean device. First impressions only happen once.
- Warn your barkada: launch day means you'll be glued to your phone.
Launch day
- Post in the forums with your story — the why behind the app, not just the what.
- Reply to every comment and question while attention is highest.
- Thank early upvoters personally. Small gesture, big goodwill.
- Watch crash reports and be ready to hotfix — bugs love an audience.
After launch
- Collect and tag all the feedback while it's fresh.
- Plan the next update — momentum in week two beats perfection in week one.
- Update your listing with anything new you shipped.
- Rest. Seriously. Then start the next cycle.
